Welcome to our Comenius project page.

Here at Staunton and Corse Primary School we have just started a two year project entitled "Look! Learn! Live! in which we aim to promote healthy living through the visual arts. 

We are pleased to have three partner schools involved in our project, from Sweden,

Holland and Durham in Northern England.

During this month we have been involved in two particular activities. Infants have enjoyed investigating different ways of showing colour and the English words for colour will be shared with our partner schools. Juniors have investigated the work of Italian artist Guiseppe Arcimoldo and used his style to create some fantastic fruit and vegetable collages.
